This cause is before the court upon the appeal of plaintiff-appellant, Ruth A. Penwell, from a grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendants-appellees, Amherst Hospital and Amherst Hospital Association (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Amherst Hospital”), on appellant’s cause of action for wrongful termination of an employment relationship and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
