The plaintiff, First National Bank of Cicero (the “Bank”), appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of defendant Lewco Securities (“Lewco”) and from a separate but related summary judgment entered in favor of defendants Thompson McKinnon Securities (“Thompson McKin-non”) and Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette (“Donaldson”). The Bank also appeals from the denial of its motion to amend its original complaint.
