This is the decision on the complainant’s motion for a preliminary injunction to prevent the respondents from soliciting proxies purportedly pursuant to authority given them by the board of directors of the complainant corporation, and from voting proxies so solicited at the annual meeting of the stockholders to be held on April 11, 1946.
