Watkins v. Holmes

The accident happened on the Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack after dark on the evening of September 5, 1940. Mr. Watkins was driving his car south, and Noyes was driving the Holmes truck north. The roadway was composed of two cement lanes, each ten feet wide, with broad shoulders. Each vehicle was proceeding at a speed within forty-five miles an hour.
