Plaintiffs, one retired member and two active members of the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS), challenge certain actions of the Public Employees Retirement Board (PERB), alleging that those actions violated PERB’s fiduciary duty to manage PERS for the exclusive benefit of PERS members.
