Armstrong v. Zounis

The defendants appeal from the decree entered by the court in the proceeding instituted by the plaintiffs to foreclose an attorney’s lien on certain real estate in Chicago. The decree is based upon the master’s report as amended and finds that one Louis Zounis, deceased, in his lifetime, delivered to the plaintiffs two master’s deeds, in each of which Zounis is the grantee to the premises respectively described therein and in the complaint filed in this cause.
