The above-named petitioners filed in this court their petition for a writ of certiorari against the respondent court and the judge thereof, seeking relief from an order made by that court and alleged to be without or in excess of its jurisdiction ordering them to deliver to a substituted attorney sundry papers that had come into their possession as attorneys for the plaintiffs in certain pending litigation.
