GOLDEN, Justice.
[¶ 1] Appellant Kent Alan Proffit, Sr. (“Proffit”) was convicted following a jury trial of first degree murder and conspiracy to commit first degree murder. He was sentenced to two consecutive terms of life imprisonment without the possibility of parole. On appeal, Proffit challenges several eviden-tiary rulings of the district court and assails the prosecutor for misconduct during closing argument. Finding no reversible error, we affirm.
