THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment (the “Motion”). Plaintiff initiated this adversary proceeding seeking a determination that a debt owed by Defendant is non-dischargeable pursuant to section 523 of the Bankruptcy Code (the “Code”). This matter is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(I) and the Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157 and 28 U.S.C. § 1334.
