Before the Court is the motion of Defendant-Debtor for summary judgment filed herein on October 22, 2012. Plaintiff commenced this adversary proceeding through the filing of a complaint on June 25, 2012, in which she seeks a judgment denying Debtor’s discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2).
