These matters come before the Court on similar motions in each adversary proceeding. In both proceedings, the debtor-defendant moves to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, moves to strike certain complaint allegations, and moves for a more definite statement. The Court heard oral arguments on the motions November 6, 2012. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Court took the matters under advisement.
