The court entered a default judgment against defendant 4115 8th St NW, LLC d/b/a Loftstel (“Loftstel”) on June 9, 2015, and withheld entry of final judgment against Loftstel pendihg resolution of Plaintiffs claims against other defendants. (Order, ECF No. 31). Since then, all claims against the remaining' defendants Denise Kuenzel and Jeff Pan have been dismissed.'
