I. INTRODUCTION

Ms. Ana Maria Sarceno Reyes sued Mr. Kimmoti Kimuell, doing business as Burrito Brothers, alleging that he failed to pay her statutorily required overtime wages. After Mr. Kimuell failed to appear, file an answer, or otherwise respond to the complaint, the Clerk’s office entered a default against him.
