These cases are before the Court on two separate petitions to review and set aside an order of the National Labor Relations Board issued on June 20, 1962. (137 NLRB No. 68.) Standard Oil Company, an Ohio corporation, the employer, challenges that part of the order finding that it violated Section 8(a) (1) and (5) of the National Labor Relations Act, hereinafter referred to as the Act.
