¶ 1 This is an appeal from the orders denying Appellant standing to participate in the juvenile dependency proceedings of D.K. and W.K.1

¶ 2 Appellant raises one issue for our review: whether the trial court erred by denying Appellant standing to participate in D.K’s and W.K.’s juvenile dependency proceedings and to present himself as a placement or reunification resource for the children where he was guardian of the children prior to the commencement of dependency proceedings, acting in loco parentis for them for most of their lives, was previously determined by the…
