This action was instituted by plaintiff, Ada E. Hutchison, to recover for the alleged accidental death of her late husband, Orvil A. Hutchison, to whom the defendant, Aetna Life Insurance Company, a corporation, had issued on September 13,1942, a group accidental death and dismemberment policy, in which plaintiff had been designated the beneficiary. Under the terms of this policy the insurance company agreed to pay to the beneficiary therein named the sum of $2,000, in the event that the death of the insured “resulted directly, and independently of all other causes, from bodily injuries * * *…
