It is alleged and admitted that the defendant is a corporation engaged in fraternal insurance business and at the time of happenings named in the complaint the plaintiff was a member in good standing thereof. The constitution and by-laws of the defendant which confessedly affect this case read thus:
“Article IS.
“Sec. 3. Whenever a member of this Association in good standing shall, through external, violent and accidental means, receive bodily injuries which shall independently of all other causes immediately and wholly disable him from transacting any and every kind of business pertaining to his occupation as shown by the records of this Association, he shall be paid for the loss of time occasioned thereby the sum of $25.00 per week, not exceeding one hundred and four consecutive weeks, and $12.50…
