Philip Sellers (Claimant) petitions for review of a decision of the Workmen’s Compen*414sation Appeal Board (Board) which reversed a decision of a workers’ compensation judge (WCJ) granting Claimant’s claim petition. Because we conclude that the Board was without jurisdiction to review this matter, we vacate the Board’s decision.
