This action was brought 1 to review 2 a decision 3 of the Board of Patent Interferences in an interference proceeding between two rival inventors, Moore and Sziklai, and their respective assignees, Philco Corporation and the Radio Corporation of America.
The interference resulting in this action was preceded by another interference, No. 86,967, declared on May 4, 1954 and based on a Moore (Philco) patent, No. 2,644,030, and a Luck (RCA) application. 4 Subsequently, Philco proposed a new interference substituting the Moore application, filed January 11, 1952. 5 RCA…
