ORDER ON BAYER’S MOTION TO EXCLUDE TESTIMONY OF PLAINTIFFS’ EXPERT SUZANNE PARISIAN

THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon Defendants’ (hereinafter, collectively, “Bayer’s”) Motion to Exclude Testimony of Plaintiffs’ Expert Suzanne Parisian 1 (“Motion”) (DE 3065), filed on December 17, 2009. Plaintiffs filed a Response (DE 3841), to which Bayer replied (DE 4098).
