MEMORANDUM

SCHILLER, District Judge.

This case is about an injured child and the allegedly defective Cosco Grand Explorer-model child seat that Plaintiff claims caused his injuries when his mother drove the family minivan into a tree. Following rounds of supplemental briefing and conferences with the parties, it has become clear that this lawsuit must go into suspense — for the second time in four years — due to uncertainty in the governing law arising from a conflict between the Third Circuit and Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
