WHICHARD, Judge.
This court has held that defendant was served with summons and a complaint in this action, and thus that the trial court had personal jurisdiction over her. Hasty v. Carpenter, 40 N.C. App. 261, 252 S.E. 2d 274 review denied 297 N.C. 453, 256 S.E. 2d 806 (1979). The court in that appeal fixed 22 November 1975 as the date on which defendant was served with the complaint for the purpose of calculating the time within which defendant was required to file answer or other responsive pleading.
