— Appellant is a domestic corporation engaged in the banking business at Soda Springs, Caribou county, Idaho. On August 16, 1922, it held a chattel mortgage on 2401 head of sheep that were being kept by the. mortgagor on a ranch in Bonneville county, about ten miles north of the town of Freedom, this town being divided by the Idaho-Wyoming state line. On this date the mort gagor and appellant agreed upon the value of these sheep and that such value should be credited upon the mortgage indebtedness, and thereupon appellant took possession of the sheep.
