This case comes before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff seeks judgment on its lone claim: exception to discharge under § 523(a)(6). Plaintiff is the National Labor Relations Board (“N.L.R.B.”), the agency charged with enforcement of the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq.
