OPINION
LANSING, Judge.
This appeal from summary judgment involves three claims that are grounded on allegations of fraudulent inducement in the settlement of commercial-lease litigation. The lessor, Hoyt Properties, Inc., sued the lessee and its parent company, Production Resource Group, L.L.C. (PRG), for breach of contract, piercing the corporate veil, and rescission of the settlement agreement.
