MEMORANDUM OPINION
BEATY, District Judge.
This civil forfeiture action against ten parcels of real estate (“Defendants” or “Properties”), brought by Plaintiff United States Government (“Plaintiff’ or “Government”), is presently before the Court on the motions of two claimants, LaBonne Hunter and LaTeasha Hunter (“Claimants”). Claimants assert that they own, as tenants-in-common, one of the Defendants — 630 Ardmore Drive, City of Durham, Parkwood Township, Durham County, North Carolina (“Ardmore property”).
