This was an action by appellants against the rector, wardens, and vestrymen of St. John’s Episcopal Church, of Elkhart, Indiana, by the name of St. John’s Episcopal Church, of Elkhart, Indiana, upon a building contract, and to enforce a mechanic’s lien. Divers subcontractors and material men, who claimed liens, were joined as defendants. The complaint was in a single paragraph.
