Latham Sparrowbush Associates (“LSA”), a former lessor and creditor of the debtor which has since been paid in full, seeks an order pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 9011 and 28 U.S.C. § 1927 for sanctions and attorneys’ fees against Leon C. Baker for bad faith litigation.
