These two appeals, numbered 12188 and 12189, were taken from final judgments entered in separate actions and are presented on two clerk’s transcripts, one reporter’s transcript, and a single set of briefs. The parties to the actions are husband and wife; and the husband appeals. The grounds urged for reversal involve the sufficiency of the evidence and the validity of certain provisions embodied in the judgments.
