Mid-South Bottling Company appeals the National Labor Relations Board’s remedial order directing Mid-South to reopen and resume operations of one of its facilities. While Mid-South does not dispute the findings by the Board or the Administrative Law Judge (AU) that it committed unfair labor practices including the closure of its facility, Mid-South does dispute the remedy.
