The information in this case in substance charges that in Seminole’ county, on August 21, 1936, Bill Stouse did have in his possession 3'0 pints of whisky with the unlawful intent to sell the same.
On the trial the jury returned a. verdict finding him guilty and fixing his punishment at a fine of $300 and confinement in the county jail for six months.
