Plaintiff in error Ernest Wallace, defendant below, was charged in the county court of Choctaw county by information, with the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, tried before a jury, convicted and sentenced to 30 days in the county jail and to pay a fine of $50. From this judgment he appeals.
