Mrs. Watson appeals from a summary judgment in favor of Glens Falls Insurance Company, a workmen’s compensation insurance carrier. The trial court judgment was affirmed by the court of civil appeals. 489 S.W.2d 322. We affirm. Mr. Watson was severely injured while working for Shelton W. Greer Company, Inc., a subcontractor of Pence Construction Corporation.
