This is an appeal from grant of summary judgment for defendant, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, a foreign corporation doing business in this state, and from denial of a similar motion filed by plaintiff. Both motions were filed pursuant to G-CR 1963,117.2(3). Involved herein is the question of the extent of defendant insurer’s monetary liability on a group life insurance plan, under which a policy was issued to Shellcast, Inc., of Shelby, Michigan, as policyholder, providing insurance coverage to Shellcast’s employees.
