MEMORANDUM ORDER JOHN T. COPENHAVER, Jr., District Judge.
FMC Corporation is reportedly under investigation for violation of certain federal criminal statutes. The investigation is being conducted jointly by the United States Attorney for this district and counsel for the Environmental Protection Agency, together with investigators acting under their direction.
