ACTION OF COURT ON DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS COMPLAINT

JULIAN, District Judge.

This negligence case arises from an automobile collision in Dedham, Massachusetts, alleged to have occurred on or about April 8, 1965. Plaintiffs are alleged to be husband and wife and citizens of Massachusetts, and defendants are alleged to be husband and wife and citizens of Rhode Island.
