This was an action of trespass to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by tbe minor plaintiff when struck by defendant’s automobile at the junction of Crittenden and Haines Streets, Philadelphia, on July 11, 1932. No affidavit of defense was filed.
In the statement of claim, the injuries claimed on behalf of the minor plaintiff were that he “sustained lacerations, cuts, contusions and bruises about the head, face, body, arms and legs; he has bruises of both shoulders, abrasions and contusions of upper lip and contusions of right foot. He…
