Plaintiff’s complaint in trespass alleges that he suffered a fall in a bathtub at the Hotel Hershey while he was a guest *303there. He demands damages for personal injury, claiming that the bathtub was defective. Defendant’s preliminary objections consist of a motion for a more specific complaint, a remedy specifically provided for by Rule of Civil Procedure 1017(b) 3. Attack is made on the averments regarding negligence and also those on the subject of damages.
