CARPENETI, Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

David Witt appeals from the superior court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the state in his breach of contract suit. Witt, a former public employee, contends that he was terminated before the end of his probationary period in violation of his union's collective bargaining agreement and in violation of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing. Because Witt does not raise any genuine disputes of material fact through admissible evidence, but instead merely makes allegations of wrongdoing, we affirm the superior court's grant of summary…
