BRYNER, Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

Ted Charles sued his former employer, Interior Regional Housing Authority, alleging constructive discharge and breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing. The superior court granted summary judgment in favor of the housing authority, reasoning that, although Charles had presented sufficient evidence to create a genuine factual dispute concerning whether his resignation resulted from a sustained campaign of harassment directed at him by a coworker, there was no evidence to support imputing the coworker's conduct to the housing authority.…
