In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, plaintiff appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Meade, J.), dated June 11, 1984, as denied its motion to strike the defendant’s answer and censure defendant’s former attorney, and defen*710dant cross-appeals from so much of the same order as denied its motion for summary judgment.
Order affirmed, without costs or disbursements, on condition that defendant’s former attorney pay plaintiff the sum of $1,000 within 30 days after service upon him of a copy of the order to be made hereon, with notice of entry; if…
