Denying the Plaintiffs’ Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction
I. INTRODUCTION
This case is before the court on the plaintiffs’ motion for a temporary restraining order (“TRO”) and preliminary injunction. The plaintiffs, two farm workers’ unions and eight individual farm workers, ask the court to postpone the effective date of a Final Rule announced by the Department of Labor (“DOL”) on December 18, 2008.
