This is an appeal from an interlocutory judgment and order of sale in partition. The action was brought in the Circuit Court of Carroll County for the partition of one hundred and sixty acres of land, and to determine the rights and interest of appellants under deeds of trust purporting to convey the lands to defendant Howard as trustee for the two corporation defendants. Plaintiffs and the defendants, other than appellants, are the eight surviving children of Sarah L. Crismond and six of her grandchildren, the latter being the children of a deceased son. Sarah L.
