Action to determine title to real estate and for partition thereof. The circuit court rendered judgment declaring the title to be vested in defendants Rudy Weller and Louisa Searcy and plaintiff Alice Reed, charging the shares of said Louisa and Alice with a lien of $2000 each in favor of Rudy, ordering partition among those three and sale of the lands and division of the proceeds accordingly. The other plaintiffs and defendant Solomon Weller were adjudged to have no title or interest. Plaintiffs appealed.
