Rhodus v. Geatley

Appellants commenced this proceeding by filing in the circuit court a petition in two counts. Count one, upon which the case was tried, alleges that the plaintiffs (appellants in this court) are owners of a vested remainder in fee in certain lands situated in Franklin County and that the defendant is tenant thereof per autre vie; that the defendant claims the entire fee under certain recorded conveyances to be hereafter described.
