This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court in a suit to determine title to lands. The first count of the amended petition was in ejectment, which plaintiff dismissed at the trial. The second count is in equity and alleges that plaintiff is the owner of the lands in question, consisting of three adjoining tracts; that defendants are in possession and claim title thereto against plaintiff.
