STEVENS, Chief Judge.
Plaintiff Edward Grimes brought this employment discrimination suit to challenge his discharge from the Postal Service. Plaintiff maintains that he was wrongfully discharged because of his alleged handicap, addiction to marijuana, in violation of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (“Act”) and the “Drug Abuse and Treatment Act.” Plaintiff also seeks review, under the Civil Service Reform Act, 5 U.S.C. § 7703, of the decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board (“MSPB”) upholding his discharge.
