Plaintiff-appellant Tom Zenor (Zenor) appeals the district court’s grant of judgment as a matter of law in favor of his former employer, Vista Hills Medical Cen ter, now defendant-appellee El Paso Healthcare Ltd., d/b/a/ Columbia Medical Center-East (Columbia). We affirm.
