1000 Friends of Oregon and Mark Huff (collectively “1000 Friends”), Yamhill County and Oregonians in Action (OIA) seek review of LCDC’s periodic review order, which required the county to amend its comprehensive plan and land use regulations. We affirm.

The specific requirements of the LCDC order, and of the report of the Director of the Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) that LCDC’s order incorporates, included, inter alia: (1) that the county adopt an 80-acre minimum lot size for new farm parcels in addition to the 40-acre and 20-acre sizes contained in the legislation…
