Plaintiffs owners of real property within the sanitary district, brought this action against defendants Granada Sanitary District and the individual members of the board, to enjoin and cancel the levy and collection of assessments levied upon their real property by said district, and decreeing that defendants had no interest in plaintiffs’ real property.
